## Tamaris Development Program (TDP) Positions
The TDP is designed to cultivate future leaders in the renewable energy sector. We are looking for experts in the following fields:
1. Investment & Commercial
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years in investment, corporate finance, financial advisory, or consulting.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, investment analysis, business valuation, and financial statement interpretation. Experience in M&A within the energy or infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
2. Risk Management
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Informatics, or Actuarial Science.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in data risk, data assurance, or control roles.
* Key Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, R, and Excel. Familiarity with machine learning (ARIMA, LSTM), database management, and risk modeling is essential.
3. PPC Officer (Project, Planning & Control)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (min. GPA 3.30).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in project planning and control.
* Key Skills: Mastery of project scheduling (WBS), resource allocation, and project software like Microsoft Project or Primavera. Excellent command of English is mandatory.
4. IT Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
* Experience: 2 years in IT infrastructure, system development, or network management.
* Key Skills: Expertise in IoT, server management, cybersecurity, and data protection. Knowledge of AI and automation tools is a distinct advantage.
## Site-Based Technical and Operational Roles
We are looking for dedicated personnel to support our ongoing projects across various regions:
5. Technician (PLTM Sungai Buaya, Deli Serdang)
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Details: Minimum 2 years of experience in power generation. Candidates residing in North Sumatra are preferred.
6. Technician (Solar PV)
* Requirements: S1 Electrical Engineering.
* Details: 1–2 years of experience in Solar PV maintenance, including inverters, battery/ESS, and protection systems.
7. Operator (Solar PV)
* Requirements: SMK/D3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Details: Shift-based work involving system monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and daily operational reporting.
8. Admin GA (PLTA Batu Gajah, Langkat)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of HR/GA experience.
* Details: This is a 3-month contract position covering maternity leave. Requires strong organizational and Excel skills.
9. Finance Admin (PLTM Manajur)
* Requirements: D3 degree.
* Details: Minimum 1 year of experience in site-based finance administration, accounting, and financial recording.
10. Technician (PLTM Silau, Simalungun)
* Requirements: D3/S1 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Details: 2 years of experience in power plants; candidates living in North Sumatra are encouraged to apply.
