## Job Role: Reach Truck Operator
We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious professional to operate material handling equipment efficiently within our fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently in high-density storage environments.
* Transport, stack, and retrieve goods in accordance with company safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
* Conduct routine pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
* Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely order fulfillment.
* Adhere strictly to warehouse safety guidelines and operational schedules.
Candidate Requirements
To ensure a seamless fit for this critical role, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Experience: At least 2 years of proven working experience operating a reach truck (mandatory).
* Skillset: High proficiency and absolute fluency in operating a reach truck (mandatory).
* Certification: Must possess an active and valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) issued by the Ministry of Manpower / Kemnaker (mandatory).
* Work Schedule: Fully willing and able to work in a rotating shift system.
