## General Qualifications and Requirements

* Age Requirements:
* For HRGA Superintendent: Preference given to candidates aged 35 years or younger.
* For HRGA Administration: Preference given to candidates aged 25 years or younger.
* Educational Background: Candidates are expected to hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree, preferably in a field directly related to the role.
* Professional Experience:
* HRGA Superintendent: Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required.
* HRGA Administration: Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates who have completed relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
* Core Competencies: Applicants must demonstrate high attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to professional ethics and organizational loyalty.
