* Certification: Possession of a BNSP Recruitment & Selection certification, Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist (CTAS), or Certified Recruiter credential is highly advantageous.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Flexibility: Readiness to travel for business purposes or accept placement at our mining site operations.
* Process Compliance: Full availability to complete the standard selection stages, including document verification, intensive interviews, psychological testing, and a comprehensive Medical Check-Up (MCU).
