## 1. Palm Oil Certification Manager
This role is essential for ensuring operational compliance with national and international standards, specifically ISPO and PROPER protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop certification work programs aligned with ISPO and PROPER standards.
* Coordinate data collection and reporting across relevant divisions.
* Oversee internal and external audits, including health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management.
* Ensure that current regulations are monitored, updated, and implemented effectively.
* Maintain clear communication channels between regional and head offices.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma-III (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Palm Oil Plantation, Environmental Science, or Forestry.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Certification Manager or 5 years as an Assistant ISPO Certification Manager (verifiable by formal reference letter).
* Preference given to holders of ISPO Auditor Certificates (Permentan No. 11/2015 or No. 38/2020).
* Strong knowledge of AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SMK3, and B3 waste management.

* Plan, implement, and monitor operational strategies for CPO Mills and Kernel Crushing Plants (KCP).
* Maintain accurate, detailed records of all mill activities.
* Conduct technical investigations regarding machinery, electrical systems, and operational bottlenecks.
* Ensure compliance with Halal, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, and ISCC systems.
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree (D3/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in palm oil processing.
* Expertise in machine engineering, electrical systems, and AutoCAD software.
* Certifications in Halal, OHSAS, ISO, or HACCP are highly valued.

## 3. Budget Controller Staff (Mill & KCP)
