## 1. Sales Acquisition Role

Key Requirements
* Gender: Open to male and female applicants.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent qualification.
* Language Proficiency: Capable of communicating in English at least at a passive level.
* Experience: At least one year of proven experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales.
* Industry Preference: Backgrounds in travel agencies, theme parks, banking, insurance, or the hospitality sector are highly preferred.
* Core Competencies: Possesses a true salesperson mindset, thrives in a target-driven environment, and excels at strategic sales area mapping with an extensive professional network.

* Experience: Minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a technician, specifically within refrigeration engineering.
* Technical Skills: Highly familiar with mechanical troubleshooting, overhaul procedures, reading wiring diagrams, and utilizing professional technical measuring instruments.
* Availability: Willing to work flexible schedules, including shifts, weekends, and national holidays, to support our operational needs.
