Operating from our expansive 2,600-square-meter facility in West Jakarta, we offer comprehensive, one-stop repair and manufacturing services. Our commitment to precision is supported by five advanced CNC Sealing machines with capacities up to 500 mm, powered by state-of-the-art Seal Master – DMH GmbH technology. ## Current Job Openings
We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:
1. Welder
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Skills: Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Certification: 3G-6G welding certification is considered a significant advantage.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in tube and hydraulic rod welding.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret engineering drawings and utilize precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Education: Minimum SMK (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
* Experience: At least 1 year as an Assembly Operator or Technician, preferably within the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in reading engineering drawings and operating calipers for precise measurements.
3. Sales Support
* Education: Minimum SMK.
* Experience: At least 1 year in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general clerical roles.
* Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced in drafting professional quotations.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, agile learning capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
4. Inspector
* Education: Minimum SMK (Mechanical Engineering).
* Experience: At least 2 years in pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal manufacturing industries.
* Technical Proficiency: Capability to create 2D/3D engineering drawings and interpret complex blueprints. Must be highly skilled in using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices. Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a distinct advantage.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a similar capacity.
* Responsibilities: Managing production schedules and monitoring workflows from material procurement to finished goods. Responsible for planning and overseeing onsite project execution.
* Leadership: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
