PT Tokai Rika Indonesia is currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our production team as Injection Molding Operators at our facility in the MM2100 Industrial Town, Cikarang, Bekasi.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Male, with a maximum age of 24 years.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or vocational school graduate (SMK).
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the injection molding sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot injection molding machinery effectively.
* Operational Skills: Competent in product inspection, quality assurance, and generating accurate production reports.
* Commitment to Improvement: Must be familiar with Kaizen methodologies and proactive in suggesting operational improvements.
* Compliance: Ability to strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety and quality standards.
