The Management Trainee (MT) position in Finance, Accounting, and Tax (Code: MT. FAT) is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to our core financial processes.
Role Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by handling the following critical tasks:
* Accounts Management: Oversight of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
* Financial Reporting: Preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and supporting the month-end closing process.
* Compliance and Audit: Managing documentation for payables and purchasing while actively participating in internal audits.
* Operational Oversight: Conducting monthly stock opname and ensuring accurate billing.
* Transaction Management: Processing vendor payments and managing customer invoicing and tax documentation to ensure timely settlements.
Candidate Qualifications
