## 1. Junior Project Procurement
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee material logistics and financial control for our ongoing projects.
* Develop and manage comprehensive material delivery schedules.
* Implement strict cost control measures to ensure project efficiency.
* Accurately calculate quantity variation orders.
* Apply advanced project work methods to optimize operational workflows.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of one year of experience in a similar procurement or project control role.
* Prior exposure to the Oil & Gas construction industry is highly advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, or Microsoft Project is mandatory.
## 2. Admin Marine
Based in North Jakarta (Jl. Pantai Indah Selatan), this role focuses on the regulatory and technical compliance of our maritime fleet.
* Monitor vessel certification status and manage renewals with relevant authorities.
* Coordinate safety surveys and inspections with classification societies and port authorities.
* Draft and maintain detailed weekly and monthly status reports on maritime documentation.
* Manage technical catalogs, vessel logs, and engineering drawings.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture.
* Minimum two years of proven experience in maritime administration.
* Advanced technical skills in AutoCAD and Maxsurf Naval Architecture software.
* Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
* Available for immediate deployment.
## 3. Purchasing Staff
Our procurement team requires a strategic buyer to manage supplier relations and ensure the seamless acquisition of engineering materials.
* Identify, vet, and negotiate with potential suppliers to achieve competitive market pricing.
* Clarify technical specifications with internal stakeholders to prevent procurement errors.
* Generate detailed price comparison reports and maintain organized project documentation.
* Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, from purchase order issuance to the physical inspection of goods upon arrival.
* Coordinate with expediters to ensure timely logistical delivery.
* Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any field, with a preference for Informatics/IT backgrounds.
* 2–3 years of professional experience in purchasing.
* Expertise in procuring spare parts, heavy equipment, and general engineering supplies.
* Highly organized, communicative, and capable of performing under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in internal purchasing systems and MS Office.
