## Role Overview: Estate Accounting Officer Trainee
The Estate Accounting Officer Trainee position is a pivotal role designed to oversee the financial administration and bookkeeping functions within our plantation units. Successful candidates will ensure that all accounting processes align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for a comprehensive range of administrative and financial tasks, including:
* Financial Entry & Reporting: Accurately inputting data into journal vouchers and generating Trial Balances.
* Reconciliation: Performing detailed bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
* Taxation: Managing essential tax-related documentation and processes.
* Payroll Administration: Overseeing accurate and timely payroll processing.
* Logistics & Operational Support: Managing warehouse records, production logs, and plantation administration.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must demonstrate a blend of technical accounting expertise and strong operational discipline. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Must hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
* Graduates from State Universities: Minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Graduates from Private Universities: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. Age Limit: Maximum of 30 years old at the time of appointment.
3. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the English language and high competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
4. Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
5. Soft Skills: Strong communication capabilities to effectively interact across departments.
6. Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our plantation sites across North Sumatra or Aceh.
