# Call for Applications: Director of PT Sinergi Patriot Kota Bekasi (2025-2030)
PT Sinergi Patriot Kota Bekasi (Perseroda), a regional government-owned enterprise (BUMD) focused on the energy sector, is officially seeking visionary leadership to drive its mission. Specializing in oil, natural gas, and renewable energy, the company plays a pivotal role in the sustainable development of Bekasi City. In accordance with the Mayor of Bekasi’s Decree (Number 900.1.13.2/Kep.219-Ek/lV/2025), we invite qualified professionals to participate in the selection process for the position of Director for the 2025–2030 term.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this leadership role, applicants must meet several fundamental criteria:
* Citizenship & Age: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI) aged between 35 and 55 years at the time of application.
* Integrity: Must hold a clean criminal record (SKCK) and have no history of criminal offenses related to state or regional financial losses.
* Health: Must be physically and mentally fit, evidenced by a medical certificate from a government hospital, and possess a drug-free certification.
* Professional Standing: Must not have been dismissed dishonorably from previous employment or held leadership positions in enterprises that declared bankruptcy due to their negligence.
* Conflict of Interest: Must have no familial ties (up to the third degree) with the Mayor of Bekasi, the Deputy Mayor, or the Board of Commissioners of PT Sinergi Patriot.
* Exclusivity: Candidates must be willing to resign from political party affiliations, concurrent government positions, or other leadership roles in SOEs/BUMDs upon appointment.
## Special Qualifications
Beyond standard requirements, the ideal candidate must demonstrate specific expertise:
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S-1).
* Leadership: At least 5 years of senior management experience with a proven track record of leading professional teams.
* Industry Expertise: Strong command of corporate management, regional governance, and the energy sector.
* Strategic Vision: Ability to prepare a comprehensive business plan and vision/mission proposal.
* Commitment: Must be prepared to work full-time and relinquish existing employment (including internal positions or civil service status) upon selection.
## Registration and Application Process

1. Preparation: Handwritten application letters (using black ink on lined folio paper) must be signed with a IDR 10,000 stamp duty and include active contact details.
2. Documentation: Organize all required attachments, including a CV, legalized degree copies, birth certificate, medical reports, and a business proposal.
3. Proposal Format: The business proposal (maximum 10 pages) must be written in Indonesian using 12pt Times New Roman, double-spaced, on F4 70g paper. Four copies are required, along with a PowerPoint presentation file.

## Mandatory Declarations
All applicants must include a notarized statement (IDR 10,000 stamp duty) confirming their commitment to the Pancasila, their willingness to accept the selection committee’s final decision without legal contest, and their agreement to indemnify the company for selection costs if they withdraw after being appointed.
