1. Recruitment Staff
As a member of our recruitment team, you will be the primary link between prospective talent and our client companies. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates who align with our partners' specific needs.
* Talent Sourcing: Proactively search for and screen candidates to fill positions within our partner companies.
* Digital Outreach: Manage the promotion of job openings by creating and posting engaging recruitment flyers across various social media platforms and job portals.
* Networking & Offline Outreach: Build connections with educational institutions, organize campus visits for alumni recruitment, manage brochure distribution, and represent the company at various job fair events.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
2. Telemarketing Specialist
We are looking for outgoing and persuasive individuals to join our telemarketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our banking partners and providing valuable information and service offerings to prospective and existing clients.
* Client Communication: Conduct professional outbound calls to provide essential information regarding products and services.
* Sales & Promotion: Present bank facilities and promotional offers to potential customers to drive engagement.
* Relationship Management: Focus on maintaining long-term, positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
