## 1. Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP)

Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in one of the aforementioned engineering fields.
* Mandatory: Proficiency in the Mandarin language.
* Flexibility and willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Indonesia.

* Must reside within the proximity of our mining site locations.
* Willingness to be deployed to any PT Sentosa Laju Sejahtera site.
