1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the primary bridge between our advanced technology and our clients' operational needs. You will be responsible for expanding our market reach and fostering long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
* Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations to demonstrate the value of our products and services.
* Generate high-quality sales leads and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and final delivery.
* Consult with clients and engineering teams to identify precise equipment requirements and system specifications.
* Consistently achieve sales quotas while identifying new market opportunities to outperform competitors.
* Provide actionable feedback to upper management regarding market trends and product improvements.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical studies, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing, ideally within HVAC, cooling towers, or industrial equipment sectors.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* High level of proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is considered a strong advantage.
* Strong computer literacy for CRM and reporting tasks.
2. Project Management Staff
The Project Management Staff position is critical to ensuring our cooling solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the exact specifications of our clients. This role involves balancing complex logistics, import regulations, and on-site installation coordination.
* Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
* Oversee project budgets and maintain positive cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage the end-to-end import process, including verification of shipping documentation (BL, PIB, COO, etc.).
* Ensure full compliance with current import regulations, customs clearance protocols, and logistics requirements.
* Analyze HS codes and manage supplier relations to ensure material quality meets stringent project targets.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Prior experience in HVAC, cooling towers, construction, or industrial equipment is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Deep understanding of import documentation, including PI, Lartas, Post Border, SKA, and FTA.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and regulatory compliance.
* Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is a significant plus.
