1. Mechanic Staff (Medan)
As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our massive fleet. You will ensure that every vehicle remains road-ready to meet our rigorous delivery schedules.
* Educational background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate.
* Proven experience: Must have a strong background as a heavy-duty vehicle mechanic, ideally within the trucking or logistics industry.
* Technical proficiency: Capable of performing comprehensive servicing, repairs, and complex troubleshooting on heavy vehicles and machinery.
* Collaboration: Ability to operate effectively both as an independent technician and as a key member of the maintenance team.
2. Operation Admin Staff (Jakarta)
The Operation Admin role is vital for maintaining seamless procurement processes and ensuring our logistical infrastructure is always well-supplied.
* Educational background: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
* Professional experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in General Purchasing or Procurement.
* Communication skills: Strong ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with external vendors and partners.
* Efficiency: Proven capacity to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
* Technical aptitude: Solid understanding of inventory management systems and processes.
