1. Project Administrator
We are looking for an organized individual to oversee the administrative backbone of our construction projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).
* Ability to manage project documentation, archives, and recurring reporting.
* Fundamental understanding of project financial administration.
* Capability to interpret technical working drawings.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Willingness to be based in Bali.
* Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Handle field financial administration, including petty cash and cost reconciliation.
* Oversee labor, logistics, and material administration.
* Manage project correspondence and document meeting minutes.
2. Site Manager
This role is ideal for technical professionals looking to grow within a design-focused environment. We welcome fresh graduates who possess a strong technical aptitude.
* Minimum vocational high school (SMK) diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp software.
* Understanding of basic technical working drawings.
* Immediate availability is highly preferred.
* Willingness to be based in Bali.
* Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and supervising site operations.
* Monitor daily progress and coordinate effectively with vendors and field staff.
* Prepare regular progress reports to track project milestones.
3. Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking an analytical professional to ensure our projects remain both high-quality and fiscally responsible.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction or interior design industry.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and SketchUp.
* Ability to read and interpret complex technical project specifications.
* Willingness to be based in Bali.
* Calculate project budgets (RAB), estimate work volumes, and perform unit price analyses.
* Facilitate the tender process and manage material procurement.
* Coordinate with the project team regarding material requirements and overall site progress.
