## Candidate Requirements
We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to take on challenges and contribute to our mission. To be eligible for the K-CHAMPION program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Academic Status: Must be an active undergraduate university student.
2. Commitment: Must have the availability to commit to a program duration of 4 to 12 months.
3. Core Competencies: Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking and clear communication skills.
4. Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work from the office (WFO) at our Head Office in Pulomas or our manufacturing facilities in Pulogadung and Cikarang.
