## Job Description & Core Responsibilities
As the Store Manager for our fashion retail division, you will serve as the heartbeat of the store, overseeing daily operations while aligning team performance with our overarching business goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Sales & Revenue Generation: Manage day-to-day store operations to consistently hit and exceed sales targets. Analyze periodic sales reports to develop data-driven growth strategies.
* Team Leadership & Training: Lead, motivate, and mentor a large team of retail staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture.
* Visual Merchandising & Store Standards: Ensure the store remains immaculate, visually appealing, and organized at all times. Apply expert visual merchandising principles to create an inviting shopping ambiance.
* Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels and manage inventory meticulously to prevent both overstocking and stockouts.
* Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver world-class customer service to build brand loyalty. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and effectively.
* Marketing & Event Management: Implement innovative marketing strategies, organize engaging in-store events, and run promotions designed to attract new shoppers and retain loyal customers.
* Operational & Financial Management: Administer the store budget prudently for optimal resource allocation. Prepare comprehensive monthly performance and sales reports for upper management while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and local regulations.
## Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this strategic leadership role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA); a degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
* Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership capacity specifically within the fashion retail industry.
* Scale of Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience managing large teams and overseeing selling areas of up to 800 square meters.
* Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
* Analytical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving abilities and financial acumen, with the capacity to make sound, data-backed decisions.
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of current fashion trends, consumer behavior, and visual merchandising standards.
* Availability: Willingness to be based in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, and readiness to join our team as soon as possible.
