Available FGDP Positions
* FGDP – Human Capital: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management.
* FGDP – Operation: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* FGDP – Engineering: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geodesy, Geophysics, or Geology.
* FGDP – CPSD: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
* FGDP – Plant: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
## Essential Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our team maintains the highest standards of operational excellence and safety, applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Educational Standard: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required for all applicants.
2. Age Requirements:
* Maximum 28 years old for the Human Capital stream.
* Maximum 25 years old for Operation, Engineering, CPSD, and Plant streams.
3. Physical Standards: Candidates must be male, physically and mentally fit, and free of tattoos and body piercings.
4. Health Compliance: Proof of the 3rd dose (booster) of the COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
5. Professional Readiness: Successful candidates must be willing to undergo an intensive education and training period and demonstrate complete readiness to be stationed at any of our project sites across Kalimantan.
