## Current Openings
We are seeking dedicated individuals who possess the technical expertise and drive to contribute to our high-performance maritime operations. Below are the current vacancies and their respective requirements.
1. Operation Admin
The Operation Admin plays a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of our fleet logistics and administrative documentation.
* Manage and organize all vessel-related documentation and reports.
* Monitor daily vessel reports and ongoing maritime activities.
* Compile and maintain accurate summaries of daily vessel performance.
* Track and manage inventory and supply requirements for vessels.
* Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless operational workflows.
* Male, with a background in Naval Architecture or Maritime Studies.
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
* Prior experience in Oil & Gas shipping companies is highly desirable.
* Proficient understanding of vessel machinery, electrical systems, and structural integrity.
* Knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) is essential.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
2. HSE & Operation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HSE professional to uphold our stringent safety standards and operational integrity.
* Male, with an educational background in Maritime Studies or Naval Architecture preferred.
* A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an HSE capacity, preferably within the Oil & Gas maritime sector.
* Must possess the following certifications:
* Ahli K3 Umum (General OHS Expert)
* Internal Auditor ISM Code
* DPA, ISPS Code, and Company Security Officer
* Relevant training in ISO 31000 (Risk Management), ISO 9001/14001/45001, First Aid, and CSMS.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong collaboration skills and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office.
