Key Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this critical position, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a D4 or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering (Teknik K3) or Environmental Engineering (Teknik Lingkungan).
* Professional Experience: Accumulate at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated SHE role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Mandatory Certifications: Possess a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert certificate (AK3 Umum).
* Training and Competency: Have completed training focused on the awareness of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3).
* Implementation Track Record: Preference will be given to candidates who possess direct experience in establishing and successfully implementing SMK3 frameworks in the workplace.
