## 1. Production Planner
As a Production Planner, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing floor, ensuring that our advanced solar technology reaches our clients on time and with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Scheduling: Develop and organize comprehensive production schedules to optimize factory output.
* Monitoring: Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring that the production floor runs seamlessly and hits target milestones.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between various departments to resolve production-related challenges.
* Logistics Oversight: Track material movements through the production cycle and ensure all supply schedules align with final shipping deadlines.
* Administrative Support: Manage essential documentation and prepare detailed performance reports regarding operational indices.
Essential Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any relevant field.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing or production control environment.
* Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP, and ERP systems.
* Skills: Proven expertise in production planning, inventory management, and reporting.
* Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently with excellent communication skills.
* Language: Proficiency in English or Mandarin is highly preferred.
## 2. Shipping Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Officer to manage our complex import and export operations. Based in our Batam facility, this role is critical to maintaining our global supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Relations: Manage professional communication with principals, terminal operators, port authorities, and shipping companies.
* Documentation Management: Handle all administrative tasks related to export and import, including the preparation of CEISA, AWB, B/L, Packing Lists, and PPFTZ documentation.
* Logistics Coordination: Monitor the movement of goods, ensuring that shipments adhere to established schedules.
* Reporting: Generate accurate reports detailing the realization of import/export activities for management review.
Essential Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any discipline.
* Background: Previous experience within a shipping or freight forwarding company is required.
* Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of ship agency management and international trade documentation.
* Location: As this position is based in Batam, applicants currently residing in or willing to relocate to Batam are prioritized.
* Language: Fluency in English or Mandarin is highly preferred.
