## Job Vacancy: QA & QC Staff
As part of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control team, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining product integrity and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
Key Responsibilities and Role Overview
* Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure adherence to strict quality control standards.
* Analyze operational data to identify trends, pinpoint potential defects, and implement corrective measures.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional manufacturing teams to resolve quality-related discrepancies swiftly.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports concerning quality audits and inspections.
Candidate Qualifications
* Possess a minimum of a D4 or Bachelor’s (S1) degree from any Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM / Saintek) major.
* Demonstrate strong proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications for reporting and data management.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for data analysis and problem-solving within a fast-paced industrial setting.
* Maintain an active background in student organizations or extracurricular leadership roles.
* Possess the ability to excel independently as well as collaborate harmoniously within a team environment.
