1. Civil & Road Maintenance Officer
* Role: Oversee hauling road maintenance, infrastructure planning, and sediment pond operations to minimize downtime.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; 3+ years of experience; active POP certification; strong leadership and project management skills.
2. ESG System & Compliance Officer
* Role: Ensure environmental compliance (UKL-UPL), manage HSE budgets, and coordinate with vendors regarding safety standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering; 3+ years of experience; proficient in SIMPEL and environmental mapping software.
3. External Relations Staff
* Role: Manage social mapping, engage with local communities/stakeholders, and oversee permitting documentation.
