1. Electrical Technician
As an Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and optimal performance of industrial electrical systems across various project sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive job site surveys to assess electrical infrastructure requirements.
* Perform meticulous electrical equipment testing and verification.
* Draft accurate and detailed test result reports for internal and client review.
* Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and handling of field tools and equipment.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a directly relevant technical discipline.
* Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience as a Field Technician within industrial or manufacturing project environments.
* Availability: Ready to commence employment immediately in November 2026 and willing to work flexible hours or overtime based on project schedules.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematic drawings, including Wiring Diagrams and Single Line Diagrams.
* Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) panels, as well as busbar systems.
* Preferred Certification: Possession of an active Electrical Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Listrik) certification is strongly preferred.
2. Automation Technician

Key Responsibilities
* Execute site surveys and comprehensive technical reviews.
* Participate actively in project planning and layout design.
* Oversee full-cycle execution, encompassing supervision, system programming, rigorous testing, and commissioning.
* Prepare comprehensive project completion and evaluation reports.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
* Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of practical field experience in industrial or manufacturing plant settings.
* Availability: Prepared to start immediately in November 2026 with the flexibility to adapt to overtime and project timelines.
* Technical Proficiency: Solid foundational understanding of PLC systems, SCADA architectures, and industrial instrument calibration.
* Troubleshooting Abilities: Capable of diagnosing and resolving issues in motor control systems, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), and panel interlock circuits.
