## About the MSI Graduate Trainee Program
The MSI Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) is an intensive 24-month leadership and professional development journey. Designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world industrial application, the program grooms high-potential graduates to become the future leaders of our organization.
Program Structure
The GTP is divided into three distinct phases to ensure a holistic transition from student to professional:
1. Learn (Months 1–6): An immersive orientation into MSI’s business model, product line, and organizational culture.
2. Contribute (Months 7–12): Hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, direct KPI management, and vital field experience.
3. Grow (Months 13–24): A phase focused on autonomy, where participants lead critical projects and prepare for long-term strategic roles within the company.
## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the MSI Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must demonstrate a blend of academic excellence and professional readiness:
* Education: Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* GPA: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Skillset: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
* Mobility: Willingness to be assigned to various operational sites.
* Licensing: Possession of a valid SIM A (Driver’s License).
* Language: Professional proficiency in English.
## Available Career Tracks
MSI is seeking motivated individuals for the following specialized roles. All positions require a degree (D3/S1) in Heavy Equipment, Mining, Geological, Mechanical, Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Transportation & Logistics, Automotive Engineering, or Mechatronics.
1. Technical Service Engineer
* Focus: Mastering EV commercial vehicles, electrical systems, and battery maintenance.
* Responsibilities: Developing service manuals and troubleshooting guides; supporting PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), commissioning, and warranty investigations; and training technical teams.
2. Production Engineer
* Focus: Vehicle assembly, manufacturing processes, and technical drawing analysis.
* Responsibilities: Designing process flows and work instructions; supporting CKD assembly and production trials; and optimizing production efficiency through rigorous 4M+1E monitoring.
3. Quality Engineer
* Focus: Adherence to global product quality standards and acceptance criteria.
* Responsibilities: Managing IQC, IPQC, and FQC processes; conducting root cause analysis on defects; and implementing corrective actions to ensure superior product performance.
4. Spare Parts Engineering
* Focus: Managing the lifecycle and compatibility of heavy-duty machinery components.
* Responsibilities: Developing comprehensive spare parts catalogues; verifying technical specifications; and forecasting parts demand based on maintenance schedules and warranty data.
5. Sales & Business Consultant
* Focus: Driving commercial growth and building strategic relationships with mining and industrial clients.
* Responsibilities: Leveraging technical product knowledge to provide consultation, securing new business opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for heavy-duty transportation units.
