We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented professional to join our dynamic team in the role of HR & GA Manager.
## Role Responsibilities
As the HR & GA Manager, you will be the strategic backbone of our operations, overseeing a diverse array of functions essential to our organizational success. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Talent Acquisition & Management: Directing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and hiring to strategic staff management.
* Performance & Compensation: Executing global performance management frameworks and administering compensation, benefits, and PPH21 tax compliance.
* HR Infrastructure: Drafting, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive HR policies, internal procedures, and legal compliance standards.
* General Affairs: Managing corporate assets and ensuring high-level Employee Relations to foster a positive workplace culture.
## Candidate Requirements
To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate a blend of strategic oversight and operational excellence. We are looking for individuals who possess:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 7 years of proven experience serving as an HR Department Head.
* Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, complemented by strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Industry Advantage: Prior experience working within a Korean company or the IT industry is considered a significant asset.
* Logistical Readiness: Ability to work on-site in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, and the capacity to join the organization at the earliest opportunity.
