## About the Role: HR & GA Korean Speaker
We are currently hiring for an HR & GA Korean Speaker to join our team on an on-site, contract basis in Cikarang Selatan. In this vital capacity, you will serve as the crucial communication bridge between our local Indonesian workforce and our Korean management team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will blend human resources, general administration, and bilingual translation to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Core Responsibilities
* Bilingual Communication: Act as the primary interpreter during meetings and translate essential business documents between Korean and Indonesian.
* HR Operations: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, manage payroll administration, and coordinate employee benefits.
* General Affairs (GA): Handle corporate documentation, including government permits and visa processing for expatriate staff.
* Administrative Support: Maintain meticulous records and manage daily HR and GA office workflows efficiently.
## Candidate Qualifications
