## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Field Helper at PT Kilat Power Indonesia, you will serve as an essential part of our logistical backbone. Your primary objective will be to ensure our powerbank rental stations are seamlessly installed, maintained, and operational across various partner locations.
The daily responsibilities for this full-time position include:
* Hardware Deployment & Removal: Safely install, set up, and dismantle powerbank rental machines at designated client and merchant locations.
* Logistical Support: Assist with the heavy lifting, loading, unloading, and transportation of machinery and equipment.
* First-Line Troubleshooting: Conduct preliminary diagnostic checks on machines when operational issues arise and report unresolved technical glitches to the relevant internal teams.
* Routine Maintenance: Perform basic inspections and preventative upkeep to prolong the lifespan of the rental units.
* Mobile Field Operations: Travel dynamically across designated service areas to meet operational demands as scheduled by the company.

To qualify for the Helper position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Education: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Physical Fitness: Good physical health and strength, capable of heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, and manual labor.
* Experience Level: Zero prior experience or technical expertise is required; comprehensive guidance will be provided.
* Learning Agility: A proactive willingness to learn quickly and strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Work Ethic: High levels of personal responsibility, strict punctuality, discipline, and a professional attitude.
* Teamwork: Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Licensing & Mobility: Mandatory possession of a valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle. Holding a valid car driving license (SIM A) and proficiency in driving manual/automatic cars will be considered a significant advantage.
