## Current Open Positions
1. Purchasing Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage our end-to-end procurement processes.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Proven experience in Export-Import procedures, shipping lines, freight forwarding, and EMKL.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
2. Personnel Staff (HR/Payroll)
This role is vital for managing our workforce data and remuneration systems within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/IT.
* At least 2 years of experience in HR/Payroll within a company with 1,000+ employees.
* Expertise in compensation, benefits, and HRIS platforms.
* Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IF formulas).
* Key Responsibilities:
* Managing monthly attendance reports and shift schedules.
* Tracking employee status changes (promotions, demotions, transfers).
* Maintaining documentation for employee turnover, overtime, and scheduling.
3. Automation Technician
Help us maintain and optimize our production lines by applying your technical expertise in electrical and automation systems.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
* Solid understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and Industrial Networks.
* Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as electrical panel wiring.
* Preference for candidates with 2+ years of manufacturing experience and relevant automation certifications.
4. Unit Head of Quality Assurance (QA)
We are seeking an analytical professional to maintain our commitment to product excellence.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; maximum age of 35 years.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Verifying incoming raw materials against quality benchmarks.
* Testing finished ceramic products according to the Quality Plan.
* Ensuring all materials utilized in production align with established standards.
5. Warehouse Staff
Optimize our logistical operations through precise inventory management and systems oversight.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or Computer Science (max. age 35).
* Experience in a warehouse role is highly preferred.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, logical functions, and data lookups).
* Comprehensive understanding of warehouse planning and inventory flow.
