Training and Mentorship Phases
1. 6-Month Intensive Development (Months 1–6): Participants undergo a comprehensive dual-learning curriculum consisting of structured theoretical classroom sessions and direct field operations training. Trainees receive direct daily guidance and mentorship from Senior Assistants and Estate Managers.
2. Performance Evaluations: The Corporate Training and Operational Leadership teams strictly monitor candidate performance through periodic technical exams, operational reviews, and strategic project presentations.
3. Career Progression & Service Agreement (Months 7–30): Candidates who successfully graduate from the 6-month intensive phase will transition into a two-year service agreement. This period comprises a 6-month probationary assignment followed by an 18-month contract as a full assistant. The complete program commitment spans 2.5 years (6 months of training plus 2 years of service bonding).
