## Position: Logistic Staff
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Staff member to manage the complex flow of our domestic and international shipments. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and supporting our large-scale production goals.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring our logistics operations run seamlessly. Your daily duties will include:
* Scheduling and Coordination: Assisting in the creation and maintenance of vessel schedules, laycan planning, and delivery timelines for both export and domestic shipments.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engaging with internal teams, shipping agents, and 3PL providers to track shipment progress and ensure timely delivery.
* Documentation Management: Preparing, verifying, and managing critical shipping documents, including Shipping Instructions and Delivery Orders, while maintaining accurate cargo databases.
* Operational Oversight: Monitoring cargo readiness and loading/discharging activities, alongside preparing comprehensive logistics and inventory reports.
* Financial Administrative Support: Assisting the department with freight cost analysis and invoice verification processes.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelorโs (S1) degree in Logistics & Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 1 year of relevant professional experience; highly motivated fresh graduates with substantial internship experience are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel, data management systems, logistics reporting, and familiarity with shipping documentation.
* Communication: Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
* Availability: Must be willing to be stationed at our Jakarta Head Office.
