## Logistics Operations Analyst: Fueling Our Supply Chain Excellence
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Analyst to join our team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our finished goods distribution center. Managing a facility with 2,200 pallet positions, you will lead a dedicated team of six internal employees and seven contractors, ensuring that our logistics operations adhere to the highest standards of productivity and regulatory compliance.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with orchestrating seamless distribution workflows. Your primary objectives include:
* Operational Oversight: Supervise daily domestic deliveries and coordinate the transfer of finished goods to Regional Distribution Centers (RDC).
* Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Fulfillment, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning teams to ensure flawless execution of monthly sales targets.
* Performance Analytics: Conduct deep-dive analyses into warehouse costs and productivity, implementing corrective and preventive measures to drive operational efficiency.
* Strategic Improvement: Lead cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs, with an uncompromising focus on Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards.
* System and Inventory Management: Manage warehouse processes, including periodic cycle counting, throughput productivity tracking, and SAP-based inventory movement.
* Leadership Development: Nurture the capabilities of your team members, fostering a culture of professional growth aligned with our regional development programs.
Professional Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess a proactive mindset and a solid technical foundation:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
* Technical Acumen: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment without a traditional Warehouse Management System, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
