## Understanding the Junior Operator Role
As a Junior Operator (JO), your primary mission revolves around maintaining the safe, reliable, and optimal performance of the gas turbine combined cycle power (CCP) station systems. Working directly under the supervision of the Shift Leader and Unit Controller, you will operate heavy-duty plant equipment while strictly adhering to established safety protocols and operational guidelines.

* A minimum of 2 consecutive years of hands-on working experience, preferably within an industrial or power generation setting.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
* Familiarity with Combined Cycle Power (CCP) plant operations and fundamental water chemistry principles.
* Ability to interpret non-complex electrical and mechanical engineering drawings.
* Strong comprehension of standard generation plant terminology and operational workflows.
* Proficiency in reading complex logic diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
