1. Production Administrator
The Production Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining the flow of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all data is captured accurately to support management decision-making.
* Inputting and maintaining daily production reports within the internal database.
* Conducting routine stock opname and inventory reconciliation.
* Collaborating effectively with department heads and cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related field.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in an administrative role.
* Exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a decisive personality.
* Prior experience or working knowledge of SAP software is highly preferred.
2. Maintenance Technician (Shift-Based)
Our maintenance team is the backbone of our facility. We are seeking skilled technical professionals to ensure our high-tech machinery and utility systems remain in peak operating condition.
* Providing direct support to the Engineering Foreman for day-to-day operations.
* Performing precision welding tasks, specifically GTAW and/or SMAW techniques.
* Executing preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
* Educational background: SMK (Vocational High School) with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or D3 (Diploma) with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
* Major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven proficiency in GTAW and SMAW welding methods.
* Comprehensive understanding of electrical circuits and schematics.
* Practical experience in troubleshooting and operating specialized machine tools.
