## Overview of the Supervisor Development Program (SDP)
The SDP is a management trainee program structured to prepare individuals for leadership roles within various departments. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong work ethics, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
1. SDP – Operations
The Operations track is vital to the seamless functionality of Indogrosir’s internal and external ecosystems.
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the operational performance of stores, warehouse facilities, and Outlet Mitra Indogrosir (OMI) units. You will ensure that every team member strictly adheres to management-mandated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company regulations.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D4/S1 degree in any major.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong team collaboration skills and clear communication abilities.
* Proven leadership potential.
* Placement Locations: Sukabumi, Bali, and Gorontalo.
2. SDP – Electronic Data Processing (EDP)
The EDP department serves as the backbone of Indogrosir’s technological infrastructure, ensuring that digital systems facilitate efficient business processes.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing and maintaining network stability, hardware, software, and servers. You will work closely with the EDP team to monitor inventory databases and ensure the integrity of point-of-sale transaction systems.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D4/S1 degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Management.
* Advanced proficiency in SQL.
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
* Placement Locations: Bandung, Bali, and Gorontalo.
3. SDP – Finance & Accounting
The finance division is responsible for maintaining the financial health of the organization through precision and strategic reporting.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing financial reporting, journal entries, account reconciliation, and comprehensive financial statement analysis.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D4/S1 degree in Accounting or Taxation.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
* Possession of a Brevet certification.
* Strong aptitude for team-based workflows.
* Placement Location: Head Office (PIK).
