Operations and Heavy Equipment
* Heavy Equipment Operators: Loader, Excavator, Dump Truck (DT), and Forklift.
* Specialized Technical Operators: ESP Operator, Rear Furnace Operator, Hoist Crane Operator, WTP/WWTP (Water/Wastewater) Operator, Boiler Operator, and Turbine Operator.
Foreman Roles
* Heavy Machinery & Logistics: Heavy Equipment Foreman, Conveyor Foreman, and Feeding Worker-Dryer Kiln Foreman.
* Process Supervision: Dryer Foreman, Desulfurizer Foreman, Mixing Worker Foreman, Grinding Foreman, Raw Coal Drying Foreman, and Sulfur Production Foreman.
Skilled Production and Technical Support
* Production Specialists: Crusher, Desulfurizer, Slag, Conveyor, Burner Checker, Raw Coal Drying, Reamer Worker, Skimmer & Tapper, and Feeding Worker-Dryer Kiln.
* Maintenance & Engineering: Mechanics, Welders, Electricians, Instrumentation Technicians, and Chemical Analysts.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure operational excellence and safety standards, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Professional Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in the applied field.
3. Certifications: Must possess a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasional) or SIM BII Umum, along with other industry-specific certifications relevant to the position.
4. Health and Wellness: Physically and mentally fit to work in a demanding industrial environment.
