1. Management Trainee (Production)
This structured program is designed to cultivate future leaders through a comprehensive professional development path.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (written and spoken) and strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Preference: Candidates residing in West Kalimantan are prioritized; must be willing to be stationed in Tayan.
2. Quality Control Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced supervisor to oversee our rigorous quality assurance protocols.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Electronic, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Quality Control role.
* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of SAP and Microsoft Office; deep understanding of laboratory instrumentation maintenance and basic data processing methods.
* Compliance: Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management systems.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.
3. Instrument & Electrical Engineer
This role requires a hands-on technical expert to manage the integrity of our electrical and instrumentation infrastructure.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (High Current) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: At least 3 years in electrical design, installation, and maintenance, including testing and commissioning.
* Core Competencies: Ability to design and troubleshoot 3-phase motor starters and electric power feeders (LV/MV). Proficiency in ETAP software is required.
* Expertise: Knowledge of relay protection coordination, K3 (Health and Safety) standards, and electrical component maintenance. Professional electrical certification is highly valued.
