## Role Overview: Cashier
The Cashier position is vital to the seamless operation of our financial administrative processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that all cash handling, billing, and reporting tasks are executed with precision.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possession of a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in cashiering, financial administration, or billing is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific mastery of Excel formulas for data reporting.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high levels of accuracy, and excellent organizational capabilities.
* Industry Edge: Previous experience within an FMCG or distribution environment is considered a distinct advantage.
Core Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following daily objectives:
1. Cash Management: Overseeing daily cash collections, bank deposits, and the management of petty cash.
2. Documentation Processing: Efficiently handling invoices, billing documents, Sales Orders (SO), and Purchase Orders (PO).
3. Data Administration: Performing accurate data entry and generating comprehensive financial and administrative reports.
4. Record Maintenance: Ensuring all financial records and invoice logs are kept up-to-date and easily accessible.
5. Interdepartmental Coordination: Acting as a liaison between the Sales, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure operational harmony.
