## Role Responsibilities
The Warehouse Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and the precision of our inventory management systems. Your core duties will include:
* Inventory Receiving: Managing the intake of incoming goods and verifying that all shipments align perfectly with procurement documentation.
* Storage Optimization: Executing efficient product organization based on FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles to maintain product quality.
* Stock Integrity: Maintaining precise control over physical stock levels, ensuring the warehouse environment is secure, and safeguarding the condition of stored items.
* Documentation and Reporting: Recording all inbound and outbound transactions to ensure total synchronization between physical inventory and administrative data.
* Audit Compliance: Conducting routine stock opname sessions to verify inventory accuracy and preparing regular operational reports for management review.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who combine technical proficiency with a strong work ethic. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 35 years old.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates, though individuals with at least one year of relevant warehouse experience are highly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess a solid understanding of warehouse and inventory management systems.
* Soft Skills: Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team environment.
* Operational Requirements: Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
* Location: Candidates residing in or near the Serang area will be given priority.
