## Job Role: Utility Operator
We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Utility Operator to join our manufacturing facility in Karawang. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our production support systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
As a Utility Operator, your daily duties will be diverse and critical to our plant's operational continuity. You will be expected to:
* Operate, monitor, and maintain essential utility facilities, including Air Conditioning systems, Compressors, Chillers, and Water Treatment Systems.
* Record and monitor accurate daily operational logs to track performance trends.
* Execute preventive maintenance schedules and conduct regular inspections to optimize equipment lifespan and minimize unexpected downtime.
* Promptly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational glitches.
* Adhere strictly to corporate safety policies, standard operating procedures, and environmental regulations across all tasks.
* Compile and submit comprehensive daily operational reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this dynamic manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum SMK or D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant technical fields.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a Utility Operator. Candidates with a background in manufacturing companies will be given strong preference.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with compressors, chillers, and general utility systems that support large-scale production.
* Safety Awareness: Possess a foundational understanding of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) protocols.
* Flexibility: Fully willing and able to work in a rotating shift system.
