## Job Description & Core Responsibilities
As a Field Sales representative specializing in Modern Trade and Industrial accounts, you will act as the crucial link between our innovative culinary products and our commercial partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and expand strategic partnerships with both prospective and existing clients within the modern retail and industrial sectors.
* Product Advocacy: Conduct engaging product presentations, effectively communicating the unique culinary applications, quality standards, and benefits of our seasoning ranges.
* Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas and performance key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Market Intelligence: Monitor sales trends, track volume performance, and analyze market movements to identify new growth opportunities.
* Financial Oversight: Manage accounts receivable efficiently, ensuring timely payment collection from assigned clients.
* Reporting & Documentation: Compile comprehensive sales summaries, field activity logs, and market feedback reports for management review.
## Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of commercial acumen, interpersonal finesse, and a genuine appreciation for the culinary arts. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Senior High School (SMA) diploma or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, with a specialized focus on Modern Trade (MT) or Industrial (B2B) markets.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with food products and ingredients; hands-on experience or familiarity with spices, seasonings, and herbs will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Work Style: Capable of excelling autonomously while remaining a collaborative team player.
* Mobility Requirements: Must possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle for field operations.
* Geographical Flexibility: Willing and able to travel frequently for client visits across the designated coverage regions of Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Mojokerto, and Pasuruan.
