1. Warehouse Operator
This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of the supply chain in a cold-storage environment.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* At least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
* Possess a valid SIO (Operator License) and demonstrated proficiency in operating forklifts or reach trucks.
* No medical history of cold-temperature allergies; physically fit for cold storage environments.
* Willingness to work a 3-shift rotation schedule.
* Ready for immediate placement in Karawang Barat.
2. Maintenance Operator
We are looking for technical experts to ensure our high-tech production lines operate at peak efficiency.
* Qualifications:
* High school (SMA/SMK) graduate, specifically in Electronics Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
* Strong technical understanding of control systems, including SCADA, PLC programming, control instrumentation, weak current systems, and servo motors.

* Oversee daily logistical flows, including the receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
* Guarantee 100% data and physical stock accuracy through the rigorous use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Enforce FEFO, FIFO, and LIFO methodologies to minimize waste and prevent material expiration.
* Maintain strict compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety regulations, while overseeing the safe operation of material handling equipment.
* Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a warehouse leadership role, ideally within the food industry or FMCG.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and inventory methodologies (FIFO, FEFO, LIFO).
* Possession of an active SIO Forklift is highly advantageous.
