## Graduate Acceleration Program (GAP) Overview
The Graduate Acceleration Program (GAP) is designed to cultivate future leaders within our organization. Successful candidates will undergo intensive training and hands-on experience to prepare them for critical roles within our large-scale operations.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Graduate Acceleration Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
* Age: Maximum 25 years old.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Forestry, Agriculture, Plantation, Accounting, Informatics Engineering, Law, or Psychology.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Commitment: Must be willing to sign a three-year service bond.
* Program Structure: Willingness to undergo six months of comprehensive training and On-the-Job (OJT) development.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, high ethical standards, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of the company’s operating areas in East Kalimantan or Central Kalimantan.
