## 1. Tender Administration
As a Tender Administration specialist, you will serve as a crucial link in securing new business opportunities and maintaining our competitive edge in the heavy industry and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, organize, and compile comprehensive tender documents in precise alignment with project requirements.
* Coordinate cross-departmentally to gather all necessary supporting data and documentation for bid submissions.
* Ensure all tender packages are submitted strictly on schedule and in compliance with established operational procedures.
* Monitor ongoing bids and execute proactive follow-ups regarding tender statuses.
* Maintain and update the internal tender database alongside vital project information repositories.
* Assist senior management with tender evaluations and compile detailed analytical reporting.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any academic discipline.
* At least 1 to 2 years of proven hands-on experience in tender administration, preferably within the fabrication, construction, or oil and gas industries.
* Comprehensive understanding of bidding processes, tender documentation, and contractual frameworks.
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capability to thrive under tight deadlines.
* Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Must be willing to work on-site in Jakarta.

* Manage and supervise the practical application of key ISO standards, specifically ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
* Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, external auditors, and official certification bodies.
* Author, control, review, and evaluate comprehensive management system documentation.
* Conduct thorough internal audits and monitor the timely execution of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational divisions.
* Safeguard total organizational compliance regarding quality assurance, occupational health and safety (K3), and environmental regulations.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, or a closely related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience acting as a Management Representative, QHSE Specialist, or ISO System Officer.
* Deep, practical knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
* Superior technical documentation skills coupled with clear, authoritative communication.
* Proven background in executing internal audits and managing external audit procedures smoothly.
* Strong leadership qualities, advanced analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
* Prior work experience within the fabrication, construction, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), or heavy manufacturing sectors is considered a strong advantage.
