Situated within the prestigious Greenland International Industry Center (GIIC) in Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java, our state-of-the-art facility spans a 7,000-square-meter plot with a 3,550-square-meter factory floor. We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical professional to join our team as a Production Engineering specialist.
## Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our engineering division, your daily operations will directly influence manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, and adherence to strict quality benchmarks. Your core duties will include:
* Production and Maintenance Scheduling: Formulate detailed production schedules and establish proactive machine maintenance timelines to minimize downtime.
* Process Oversight and Evaluation: Monitor and assess daily manufacturing operations to guarantee that output aligns seamlessly with company targets.
* Efficiency Analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations of productivity and workflow efficiency, subsequently proposing targeted performance enhancement initiatives.
* Standardization: Develop, evaluate, and continuously update Work Instructions (WI) alongside critical production process parameters.
* Troubleshooting: Resolve manufacturing roadblocks swiftly by utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and executing corrective actions.
* Reporting and Recommendation: Generate comprehensive performance reports accompanied by actionable strategies for process optimization.
* Compliance Assurance: Ensure all shop-floor activities strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), stringent quality standards, and internal corporate regulations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with interconnected departments to ensure the seamless synchronization of production workflows and maintenance routines.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this challenging yet rewarding position, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Industry Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working in a Production Engineering capacity within a manufacturing environment.
* System Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems implementation.
* Analytical Acumen: Possess proven proficiency in conducting productivity analyses and measuring shop-floor process efficiency.
* Continuous Improvement Expertise: Show demonstrated experience in applying methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or comparable continuous improvement frameworks.
* Technical Literacy: Display comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, production machinery, and fundamental maintenance practices.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit exceptional analytical capabilities, sharp problem-solving instincts, and strong root-cause investigation skills.
* Data Competency: Ability to draft professional reports, interpret production data accurately, and deliver practical improvement recommendations.
