## Warehouse Staff Opportunity
PT Daikin Manufacturing Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the team as a Staff Store (Warehouse). This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and ensuring the seamless flow of materials within our facility.
Core Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including:
* Material Processing: Handling both incoming and outgoing material transactions with precision.
* Logistics Documentation: Preparing and managing accurate delivery notes to ensure timely distribution.
* Inventory Oversight: Assisting in both weekly and monthly stock opname (inventory counting) procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Record Management: Organizing and maintaining filing systems to ensure documentation remains orderly and easily accessible for auditing purposes.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate the following qualifications:
1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics Management or a relevant discipline.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a similar warehousing or logistics role.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel are essential.
4. Operational Knowledge: A solid grasp of the First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory methodology and standard document control processes.
5. Soft Skills: Proven leadership abilities and a proactive approach to team collaboration.
6. Language Proficiency: A functional ability to communicate in English is highly preferred.
