* Operational Management: Balance duties between field operations (40%) and administrative tasks (60%).
* Facility Maintenance: Regularly monitor the cleanliness of both office spaces and terminal grounds, ensuring all assets are in optimal working condition.
* Inventory Control: Manage office supplies and uniforms to ensure consistent stock availability.
* Administrative Oversight: Oversee vendor contracts, manage renewals, and process service invoices to ensure timely payments.
