## Current Open Position: Production Operator
We are currently looking for motivated candidates to fill the role of Production Operator. This position is integral to maintaining our stringent quality standards and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum SMK or D3 qualification; priority will be given to candidates with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.
* Experience: Open to both fresh graduates and professionals with prior experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in interpreting and applying engineering drawings.
* Measurement Skills: Ability to operate precision measuring instruments, such as vernier calipers and micrometers, is a distinct advantage.
* Professional Mindset: A strong interest in, or prior knowledge of, Kaizen principles (continuous improvement) is highly valued.
* Soft Skills: Candidates must be honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
* Availability: Must be willing and able to work in a shift-based system.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
1. Technical Execution: Interpret engineering schematics to guide production processes accurately.
2. Quality Control: Perform precise dimensional measurements during production to ensure output adheres to strict quality benchmarks.
3. Process Adherence: Execute daily production tasks in strict accordance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
4. Operational Excellence: Actively contribute to and support Kaizen initiatives to enhance team productivity and workflow efficiency.
5. Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the production floor.
